Cooper coach Max Kattwinkel feels like he has seen a talent like El Paso Parkland sophomore Deion Hankins before to the west of Woodrow.
“They have the leading rusher in the state of Texas in their tailback — a really dynamic runner. (Hankins) reminds us a lot of Garrison Johnson from Frenship, that kind of (running back) and same build,” he said. “So, we are going to have to do a really good job of swarming to the football.”
