LEVELLAND — After whittling the Childress lead from 13 points to three Monday afternoon, Levelland threatened to take the lead.
As soon as it went to its press, the Lobos forced nine second-half turnovers compared to five in the first half.
But up against the clock in the fourth quarter, they started to foul, sending the Bobcats’ Bryce Bowman to the line.
Bowman finished 8 of 8 on free throws in the fourth quarter to seal a 67-59 win over Levelland.
