Tripp Wallace shot a second consecutive 72, tying for second place individually and helping Frenship hold off Cooper’s Black team for the championship of the 22-team Scoggin-Dickey Red Raider Classic boys golf tournament Saturday.
After shooting a team total of 291 in Friday’s first round at Shadow Hills, Frenship followed up with a 313 Saturday at the Rawls Course, but still held on to edge Cooper Black by two strokes.
