WOLFFORTH — The Frenship girls soccer team features several new faces, and they held strong in its first game of the season.
“All of this is new,” Frenship coach Gery Joy said. “Everything we are doing is brand new, so for (the new players) it’s an opportunity to get out and play in a real game. And we get a chance to see what they are going to do.
“This was our first chance to get a look at a game situation.”
The Lady Tigers opened the Frenship Cup with a win on their brand new soccer pitch.
