WOLFFORTH — The growth of soccer in the South Plains was reflected in the construction of the area’s first soccer facility in Frenship, and recognized on Thursday.
“The thing that we wanted to do was try to build a program, and this is one of those things that allows you to do something really special,” Frenship coach Gery Joy said. “And there were some people who had a vision and gave us the opportunity to create a great environment, and that’s what we have.”
